Our Classes

We have a wide variety of class options to fit your needs and schedule.

Many of our class options are offered at our other locations. If you see a full class at one of our locations, check our other locations for availability. You can also reach out to us for assistance if needed.

Seahorses

This class is for the child who needs a parent to help him or her stay with the class and do what the teacher is teaching. This is a great way to get your child to interact with other children and helps him/her learn basic gymnastics skills. This is a two-for-one class since the parent gets plenty of exercise also!

Stingrays

This class is for students who have completed the Sea Turtle skills and are ready to continue learning.  These students are able to focus on and rotate between stations.

Lil Ninja

The goals are to build upon fine and gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and strength.

This is an excellent entry level activity to gain skills necessary for other sports. 

Little athletes will use warp walls, hanging apparatuses, rock wall, swinging and jumping features, airbag and more.

Foundations

It teaches a foundation of flexibility, strength, and skills that can be built upon. Girls will be taught skills in all four events. (Vault, Bars, Beams, and Floor)

Boys 1.2.3.

Teaches basic skills at the beginner level and up. Boys will learn skills in all six boys' events. (Vault, Pommel Horse, P - Bars, High Bars, Rings, and Floor)

Advanced Tumbling

Allows students to continue to progress on their tumbling. Must have completed all prerequisite skills in the Intermediate Tumbling Class.

Adult Tumbling

Students work on floor tumbling. All skill levels are welcome.

Preschool Open Gym: Ages 6 months - 5 years

Starfish

This class is for students who are ready to stay with the teacher and listen without parental assistance.

Baby Ninja

The goals are to focus on fine and gross motor skills, coordination, listening , body awareness , coordination and confidence . Baby athletes will use obstacle courses, a pit , small rock wall, swinging features , trampoline , mats and more.

Parent attends / assists child in class .

Ninja Jr.

The goals are to focus on strength, balance, hanging ability, and agility. 

This is a fun end exciting course that will challenge your child to push the limits in a safe and structured environment . Athletes will use combination of ninja rigs, climbing walls, warp walls, obstacle courses and air bag, gymnastics equipment, trampolines and more.

Advanced Foundations

Continues to build on skills achieved in previous levels. Girls must complete all prerequisite skills in their Foundations class.

Beginning Tumbling

It teaches a foundation of flexibility, strength, and skills that can be built upon to prepare to learn a back handspring.

Cheer Level 1 Technique

This class will provide an intro to cheer with basic motions, transitions, tumbling, and jumps with immersion into a full cheer experience.

Adult Fitness

Adult Strength, Cardio, Flexibility, and Mobility Training

This class is designed for people of all ability levels. Progressions and variations will be offered to challenge and increase all the major components of fitness. Elements of yoga, calisthenics, and interval training are used to offer a superior workout. This is ideal for individuals that want to train like a gymnast, gaining the strength and mobility that are pillars of the sport.

This class is for students who have completed the Starfish skills and are ready to build on their skills.  These are students who want to try skills "all by myself".

Intermediate Tumbling

Teaches back handsprings and builds on the skills achieved in the previous level.  Students must have completed all prerequisite skills in the Beginning Tumbling Class.

Cheer Level 2 Technique

This class continues the knowledge of upper level tumbling, stunting, and jumping with transition work.

1 Hour

Ballet

Students are introduced to basic ballet steps and coordination skills. They also learn the foundational ballet positions and skills to uplifting and wholesome music.  They are also introduced to proper French dance terms.
